You'll upskill and learn in a members-only group session, professionally facilitated by a Board Chair or subject matter expert.

Our Masterminds run live and online on the 4th Tuesday of the month from 1030 until 1230. In December, it's the 3rd Tuesday.

How our Peer Boards work

Our Peer Boards run separately to our Masterminds and are available at Pro and Exec level membership.

You'll be working with the same group every month over two hours online, so that you get to know one another and build trust. We do not accept any guests at meetings as it's important to keep the integrity of the group intact.

You'll be with a group of well-matched senior execs or directors in similar size/complexity of business to yours which creates a better quality of conversation. 

We check-in with each other, explore hot topics, and benefit from peer support. Accountability is also high on the agenda to make sure you achieve your goals.
