Our bitesize programmes are designed with busy people in mind. They're delivered live online and each programme is specific to a role and/or industry type.

Live and direct
This is not some ineffective webinar theoretical generic training.

Cameras on! Sound on! You’re going to be taking part and working through interactive training tailored specifically to where you are now. It’s all delivered online and live.

Each module will have a maximum of 8 people, all from professional service companies. You’ll be with people at a similar stage in their career, so will instantly all understand what you’re going through.

Effective and accountable
If you’re concerned that you might do the training and ‘leave it in the desk drawer’, don’t be! Each module includes two individual accountability check-ins where you can share and get feedback on how you are doing in putting your new habits and behaviours into practise.

So, if you’ve just made or are about to make the step up to senior leadership/management or partnership, this is the programme for you.

Cadence
Each module is 90 minutes long with an additional 30 minutes available for questions afterwards. It’s delivered live online and in a group setting.

Each module includes 2 accountability calls of 15 minutes. This is a scheduled phone call on a 1:1 basis.
